2. Refund / Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be accepted up to one (1) week before the event start date. Please email eventaccounts@medicinematters.com to request a refund. Refunds are usually processed within 1 week and should appear in your account within 30 days.

Services and price list: Springer Healthcare and its sponsors in the pharmaceutical industry are committed to providing high quality medical education events which further knowledge and improve patient outcomes. To ensure compliance with all local and international laws governing the transfer of value between pharmaceutical sponsors and qualified healthcare professionals it is sometimes necessary to request a payment to attend the event. Events are usually (but not exclusively) priced between £80 and £120 or the equivalent in local currency. In the majority of events the money collected for participation is donated to charities related to the therapy area of interest. Details of the price list and charitable donations will be provided on the specific event page.
